Most important, however, was his achievement as a gifted software designer working with the airlines. He is best known for one project for US Airways, namely his airplane maintenance management programs which can now be found being used by almost all air travel companies. He created countless other programs for the hotel and airline sectors as well, including unmanned software to handle airline reservations, now in use at fifty or more firms, as well as the original room reservation software on the PC used by the hotel industry, which was first installed at over 700 hostelries. Pushing forward into a third area, he published a networking program to automate ticket sales — another first for his resume. Nicholas Bredimus has also served in a number of roles unconnected to software design, keep in mind. In his own firm, as a divisional manager with American Express, and as the inaugural president of an American Airlines division his performance is impeccable.
